Dear Community of Hope,
Did you know?
Many of our homeless neighbors, those who are incarcerated, and victims rescued from sex trafficking all spent time in foster care.
Did you know?
Many of the children placed in the foster care system are due to poverty neglect.
We’re excited to share a new opportunity to expand our outreach and directly serve families in crisis – CarePortal.
CarePortal is an innovative online platform that connects local children and families in crisis with churches ready to help. Child welfare workers identify specific needs in our area, and through CarePortal, we can respond with practical assistance—offering hope, love, and tangible support to those who need it most.
This is a powerful way for us to live out our mission and shine God’s light in our community. We invite you to join us as we work together to meet these needs and reflect Christ’s love in action.
Would you be willing to receive emails about this ministry? As part of our responder team, you can help by praying, connecting with families, or donating items. When a need arises—like a bed, car seat, or other essential items—Jennifer will share the request with our responder group via email. Together, we’ll work to fulfill the need and deliver the item to the family. Generally, there will be one request per month, so you won’t be overwhelmed with messages! Simply send us an email and let us know if you would like to be added to the team.

Thank you for your willingness to serve and make a difference.
Blessings,
